    Alice Mayne Part 2

    By Kirsten van Heerden | Podcast | 0 comment | 4 November, 2020 | 0

Alice Mayne is not only a very good friend of mine, but also rowed for the French National team for many years. Alice and I were not only competitors but also team mates and I really enjoyed catching up with her. We speak about the importance of mental health and how it can impact your sport as well as your self confidence. We also chat about retirement from sport which is something both of us have taken some time to adjust to our new lives outside of rowing.

Alice is now a personal trainer and coach helping to empower others to feel good about their bodies, health and minds!
