Caroline has an extensive list of achievements! To name a few she was NCAA swimmer of the year in 2008, broke the oldest standing NCAA record in the 500 yard freestyle. During her 4 year varsity career she received 23 All American Honours and of course she won an Olympic Bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Caroline has had her own journey in the pool as well as out of the pool and it was great to hear more about her journey through swimming and what she has experienced since!

She has some amazing advice and insight and was just great to get her perspective on so many challenging and important topics in sport and life in general!

Caroline has been doing some great work by founding Rise Athlete’s! We chat about this in the podcast and please see the link below to learn more about this amazing project!
